§ 51.18 SPECIAL AGREEMENTS WITH INDUSTRIAL CONCERNS.
   No statement contained in §§ 51.12 through 51.17 shall be construed as preventing any special agreement or arrangement between the town and any industrial concern whereby an industrial waste of unusual strength or character may be accepted by the town for treatment, subject to payment therefor by the industrial concern.
