§ 51.04 MANDATORY USE OF SYSTEM.

(A) In every case where the town sewer system extends to within 250 feet of the point where a residence, place of business or other establishment can be connected thereto, the connection shall be made.

(B) It is unlawful for any person to fail or refuse upon 30 days' written notice from the Sanitation Commissioner to cause the connection to be made.
