The Village Administrator is authorized upon the request of a property owner who is attempting to refinance or sell real estate and such refinancing or sale is being adversely affected by the existence of an encroachment on Village land, to grant an easement or license to allow the existing building to remain until it is remodeled, replaced or moved. This license or easement shall not be granted if the existence of the building constitutes a hazard to traffic or extends more than two feet on Village property. (Ord. 18-91. Passed 11-21-91.)
