901.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter, where no other penalty is provided, is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each day on which a violation occurs or continues shall be deemed a separate offense.

(b) Whoever violates any provision of Section 901.02 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
