901.10 SPECIFICATIONS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF NEW STREETS.
   (a)    All new street construction shall meet or exceed the specifications on file with the Village Administrator.
 
   (b)    All other ordinances regulating streets in the Village shall remain in full force and effect.
