901.09 PROPERTY OWNER'S RESPONSIBILITY FOR SIDEWALKS.

The property owner is responsible for the proper maintenance and repair of the sidewalk crossing over or located adjacent to the property owner's property. The responsibility of the property owner shall not be affected by the fact that the Village has control of the trees in the boulevard.
