No person in charge or control of any premises within the Village, whether as owner, tenant, lessee, occupant or otherwise, shall allow or permit any yard sale, garage sale or related activity to be conducted other than on no more than three consecutive days, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Any such sale shall be conducted only after registering with the Clerk of Council at least five days in advance of the sale. The number of sales shall be limited to one sale per month per residence within the Village.
