Each proprietor of a billiard or pool table or of a bowling alley, or a combination of both, shall pay an annual license fee of five dollars ($5.00) for one such table; five dollars ($5.00) for one such alley; and five dollars ($5.00) for each additional table, or each additional alley.
No person shall operate any such table or alley between the hours of midnight and 6: 00 a.m.
No person shall permit betting or gambling in connection with the use of such table or alley. (1968 Code Sec. 56.2)
