Council shall, except as otherwise provided in this section, meet in regular session at the Town Hall, 526 N. Webster Street at 6:00 p.m. on the first and third Thursdays of each month. Should any holiday fall upon the date for a regular meeting, Council shall appoint another date within the same month in lieu thereof. The Mayor or any three members may call special meetings upon at least twelve hours' notice to each member, served personally or left at his usual place of residence. (1968 Code §10.02; Ord. 24-85.
