351.01 POLICE MAY REMOVE UNATTENDED VEHICLE WHICH OBSTRUCTS TRAFFIC.
   No person shall leave a vehicle unattended upon any street, bridge, or causeway, or in any tunnel where such vehicle constitutes an obstruction to traffic, and whenever any police officer finds a vehicle unattended upon any street, bridge or causeway, or in any tunnel, where such vehicle constitutes an obstruction to traffic, such officer may provide for the removal of such vehicle to the nearest garage or other place of safety. Said officer may require the driver or other person in charge of the vehicle to move the same to the nearest garage or other place of safety. (Ord. 2-2001. Passed 2-1-01.)
