191.96 OHIO ATTORNEY GENERAL COLLECTIONS ENFORCEMENT.
   (a)   Effective January 1, 2020 the Village of Gibsonburg may turn over collection of past due Village of Gibsonburg income taxes to the Ohio Attorney General Collection Enforcement Division.
   (b)   The Ohio Attorney General Collection Enforcement will charge a fee of ten percent (10%) of the collected amount.
   (c)   The Ohio Attorney General will utilize the benefit of State tax refunds to be assessed for tax balances due to the Village of Gibsonburg.
   (d)   The administrative costs associated with this plan shall be paid by the Village of Gibsonburg by having the ten percent (10%) collection fee subtracted from the amount collected.
   (e)   The Ohio Attorney General Collection Enforcement is located at 150 East Gay Street, 21st Floor, Columbus, Ohio, 43215.
   (f)   This contract with the Ohio Attorney General may be terminated for any reason by either party, by written notice, at least forty-five (45) days in advance of the date of termination.
   (g)   Using the Ohio Attorney General Collection Enforcement is not exclusive of being able to continue to use the Sandusky County Court for past due filings and payments.
