(a) This section prohibits smoking, tobacco use, use of tobacco substitutes, or e-cigarettes, in or on, any and all properties owned by the Village of Gibsonburg, (which includes all public parks and recreation areas).
(b) Any person(s) violating this order will be subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) fine. The second offense is an additional fifty dollars ($50.00). The third offense is a fine of two hundred dollars ($200.00).
