733.02 RESTRICTIONS.

The cultivation and processing of medical marijuana within the Village corporation limits shall be limited to no more than one (1) medical marijuana cultivating and processing facility, which facility may be located only within the Clearview Industrial Park, subject to all other applicable zoning and permits.
