135.10 AUTHORITY TO SIGN ANY WARRANTS/CHECKS/DRAFTS.

(a) The Mayor, Fiscal Officer, and President Pro Tempore hereby have the express authority to sign any warrants/checks, or drafts from any depository institution designated as depository for the Village.

(b) With this authority, at least two (2) of the three (3) above named individuals in these positions must sign each warrant/check/or draft. (Ord. 12-2015. Passed 6-18-15.)
