(a) The Mayor's Court of the Village shall cease operation for a period of 180 days and shall thereafter remain inactive unless Council, by ordinance reactivates the Mayor's Court.
(b) Upon termination of Mayor's Court activities, all cases originating in the Village shall be filed with the Sandusky County Court or such other court as the legislature may designate as the successor court to the present county court system.
(c) The Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute the necessary documents required by the Sandusky County Court and/or the Sandusky County Clerk of Courts to facilitate the transfer of the Mayor's Court functions to the Sandusky County Court and to arrange for the payment of costs and the distribution of the moneys received by such Court.
