1701.07 DEFAULT.

A person who is personally or constructively served with notice of a civil offense and civil fine and fails to answer within the time provided by 1701.04, or fails to attend a requested hearing, the person is in default, and the civil fine deemed delinquent. The amount due is as specified by 1701.15 for the class of the offense charged.
