1535.05 FINES AND COSTS.

Anyone violating the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each violation, recoverable with costs. Each day that the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense and the applicable fines are cumulative. (Ord. 22-2010. Passed 1-6-11.)
