Anyone violating the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each violation, recoverable with costs, plus of other penalties, sanctions, and liabilities provided for in this chapter. Each day that the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense and the applicable fines are cumulative.
