Pursuant to this chapter full time hourly employees shall be paid in the following manner under the following circumstances.
(a) Forty hours or less per week of regular hours of work, at regular rate of pay, straight time.
(b) Greater than forty hours per week of work.
(1) First forty hours at regular rate, straight time.
(2) Over forty hours at one and one-half times their regular pay, time and one- half.
(c) Forty hours or less per week with “call in” hours.
(1) Regular hours at regular rate, straight time.
(2) “Call in” hours at one and one-half times their regular pay, time and one- half.
(d) More than forty hours per week with “call in” hours.
(1) All hours over forty and all “call in” hours at one and one-half times regular pay, time and one-half.
(2) All other hours, regular pay.
(e) Forty hours or less per week with “on call” hours shall all be at regular pay.
(f) More than forty hours per week with “on call” hours.
(1) First forty hours at regular pay, straight time.
(2) Over forty hours at one and one-half times regular pay, time and one-half.
(g) Forty hours or less per week with “scheduled holiday worked” hours.
(1) “Scheduled holiday” actually worked hours at two and one-half times regular pay, double time and one-half.
(2) All other hours at regular rate, straight time.
(h) More than forty hours per week with “scheduled holiday worked” hours.
(1) “Scheduled holiday” actually worked hours at two and one-half times regular pay, double time and one-half.
(2) Forty hours minus “scheduled holiday” actually worked hours at regular pay, straight time.
(3) All other hours at one and one-half times regular pay, time and one-half.
(i) Forty hours or less with “unscheduled holiday worked” hours.
(1) “Unscheduled holiday” actually worked hours at three times regular pay, triple time.
(2) All other hours at regular rate of pay, straight time.
(j) More than forty hours per week with “unscheduled holiday worked” hours.
(1) “Unscheduled holiday” actually worked hours at three times regular pay, triple time.
(2) Forty hours minus “unscheduled holiday” actually worked hours at regular pay, straight time.
(3) All other hours at one and one-half times regular pay.
