145.27 LONGEVITY PAY PLAN.
   (a)   All full-time Village employees shall be entitled to receive longevity pay increases as they enter their sixth and sixteenth year of continuous service with the Village.
   (b)   The longevity pay plan shall be calculated according to the following schedule:
      (1)   Full-time hourly employees:
         A.   Zero through five years of full-time service, no longevity pay.
         B.   Six through fifteen years of full-time service, $0.10 per hour annual increase.
         C.   Over fifteen years of full-time service, $0.15 per hour annual increase.
      (2)   Full-time salaried employees:
         A.   Zero through five years of full-time service, no longevity pay.
         B.   Six through fifteen years of full-time service, $225.00 annual increase.
         C.   Over fifteen years of full-time service, $325.00 annual increase.
   (c)   Longevity pay increases will be annually self-executing on the employee’s anniversary date with the Village.
   (d)   In the event an employee voluntarily leaves full-time service with the Village, upon the employee’s return to active full-time service, past full-time employment will not be used in the calculation of longevity pay.
