(a) Effective June 1, 1998, all employees shall be paid on a biweekly payment. Pay checks shall be issued on every other Friday beginning with June 19, 1998.
(b) If the Friday on which checks are to be issued is a holiday, then pay checks shall be issued on the previous Thursday.
(c) Pay checks shall be issued on the Friday following the close of the end of the preceding two week pay period.
(d) Department heads shall have time sheets to the Mayor and/or Clerk-Treasurer on or before Tuesday at noon of each pay week. (Ord. 16-2002. Passed 12-19-02.)
