145.24 REIMBURSEMENT FOR TRAINING.
   All full time Village employees shall be entitled to reimbursement up to a maximum of fifteen hundred dollars ($1,500) annually towards tuition and books for college level course work or professional training that is job related and for which the employee receives a passing grade. Said reimbursement must be preapproved by the department head and Mayor of the Village before the first day of class work or training and reimbursement will not be made until proof is received from the employee of a passing grade.
