(a) Officers are authorized to order any Person violating any of the provisions of this chapter to leave the Parks. No Persons shall fail to obey such order.
(b) Any Person convicted of or pleading guilty to any provision of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for a first offense and shall be fined not more than one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00). For each subsequent conviction or guilty plea hereunder within five (5) years, such Person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be fined no more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than sixty (60) days, or both.
