(a) No Person shall loiter in the vicinity of any toilet facility in a Park.
(b) No Person shall carry or discharge a Paint Ball Gun, Balloon Launcher, or Rocket Launcher in a Park unless granted written permission from the Administrator for such purposes that, from time to time, are deemed by the Administrator to be in the best interest of the Village.
(c) No Person shall carry on or about his or her Person any aerosol container capable of propelling paint by means of a gaseous or liquid charge without having first obtained written permission from the Administrator for such purposes that, from time to time, are deemed by the Administrator to be in the best interest of the Village.
