(a) (1) No Person shall engage in the activities of swimming, wading, boating, ice skating, or Fishing in or on Park Waters in areas or at times which have not been set aside for such purposes by appropriate signage.

(2) Ice fishing and ice skating is prohibited on the Williams Park Quarry and at Silverock Park. (Ord. 3-2021. Passed 2-18-21.)
(b) Boating is permitted at Williams Park Quarry and Silverock Park with only boats powered by oars, paddles, wind or electric trolling motors during Regular Park Hours in areas and at times set aside for such purposes by appropriate signage.

(c) Only Persons compliant with Chapter 1533 and any other relevant sections of the Ohio Revised Code pertaining to such activities and all posted signs near Park Waters may engage in Fishing in Park Waters.
