(a) No Person shall smoke in any location in a Park where smoking is prohibited by posted signage.
(b) No Person shall start or maintain a fire in a Park in areas or at times which have not been designated for such purpose by appropriate signage; however, no Person shall build a fire in a Park at a time or period when the Administrator or local fire official has prohibited the building of fires.
(c) No Person shall start or maintain a fire in a Park and leave the vicinity of the fire without fully extinguishing the fire.
