937.16 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT PLAN.

All payment plans established for the provision of water and/or sewer service shall be pre-approved by the Village Fiscal Officer, in writing, prior to the payment plan taking

effect. (Ord. 01-2010. Passed 4-1-10.)
