Water and/or sewer customers in good standing may apply for payment plans at the utility billing office. Payment plans shall be either three or six months in duration with all outstanding fees and/or charges paid in full at the end of the plan. All regular charges incurred for usage during this time period must be paid by the due date. Payment plans will not be made available for delinquent accounts not paid in full by the date due on delinquency notices unless the customer can provide proper documentation of unusual circumstances that is approved by the Village Fiscal Officer. Failure to make payments under the payment plan will result in the termination of service.
