145.15 MILITARY SERVICE.

If any employee be drafted or enlists into the military service for the United States, upon leaving military service he/she shall, upon re-application within ninety days of discharge, be allowed to return to work at the same job level for the Village with no loss of seniority at the prevailing wage on that date. (Ord. 16-2002. Passed 12-19-02.)
