(a) All full time hourly employees shall be entitled to compensatory time off, at straight time for the following national holidays:
New Year’s Day
Martin Luther King Day
President’s Day
Good Friday
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Columbus Day
Veteran’s Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day
(b) When a holiday falls on a Saturday, the preceding day shall be a holiday. When a holiday falls on a Sunday, the following day shall be a holiday.
(c) To be eligible for holiday pay, the employee shall work his/her scheduled shift the day before and the day after the holiday unless regularly scheduled off on either day, or if the employee has an excused absence.
