The record plat shall be legibly drawn in waterproof ink on Mylar. For purposes of review, the developer shall retain the Mylar and shall submit 8 paper copies to the Planning Commission. It shall be drawn at a scale of 100 feet to the inch or larger, and shall be one or more sheets, 14" x 20" in size.
