The sub-divider having first received approval of the preliminary plan of the proposed subdivision, shall submit a final plan of the subdivision including all information required in Section 1135.03
of these Regulations. The final plan shall have incorporated all changes in the preliminary plan required by the Planning Commission. Otherwise it shall conform to the preliminary plan, and it may constitute only that portion of the approved preliminary plan which the sub-divider proposed to record and develop at the time. The final plan and the supplementary information shall be prepared by a registered professional engineer or surveyor as appropriate.
