139.01 RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS WAIVED.
   (a)    The requirement that the Chief of Police be a resident of the Village is hereby waived pursuant to Ohio R. C. 737.15.
(Ord. 20-81. Passed 10-19-81.)
   (b)   Members of the Police Department are not required to be residents of the Village. (Ord. 979. Passed 4-3-72.)
