1116.03 SPECIAL USES.
   The following uses may be approved in accordance with Chapter 1105.
   (a)   Truck freight distribution terminals.
   (b)   Railroad yards.
   (c)   Retail warehouse operations.
   (d)   Dairy processing facilities. (Not confined animal feeding operations)
   (e)   Commercial dyeing operations.
   (f)   Textile manufacturing.
