1115.03 SPECIAL USES.

   The following uses may be approved in accordance with Chapter 1105.

   (a)   Amusement arcades.

   (b)   Theaters.

   (c)   Convenience food stores.

   (d)   Child care facilities.

   (e)   Gasoline service stations.

   (f)   Outdoor vending machines.

   (g)   Open air restaurants.

   (h)   Apartments, providing no space for residential use will occupy a store front.
