1112.04 MINIMUM DWELLING AREA.
   In multiple family residences, each dwelling unit must contain a bathroom and the following usable floor areas:
   (a)   Efficiency suites - 600 square feet.
   (b)   One bedroom suites - 700 square feet.
   (c)   Two bedroom suites - 800 square feet.
   (d)   Three bedroom suites - 1,000 square feet.
