1111.02 SPECIAL USES.
   The following uses may be approved in accordance with Chapter 1105.
   (a)   Outdoor commercial and non-commercial recreational facilities.
   (b)   Child care facilities.
   (c)   Churches or places of religious worship.
   (d)   Home occupations
