1107.23 PLANNING COMMISSION.

The Planning Commission consists of the Mayor, a member of Council and three citizens appointed by the Mayor, Section 1105.01. The main functions of the Planning Commission involve establishing and reviewing a Comprehensive Plan for the Village, and making recommendations to Council concerning special use permits, site plans, and changes in this Zoning Ordinance.
