(a) The following fees are to be charged for the reproduction and delivery of public records upon request:
Photocopies, greater than 10 pages - $0.10 per page (first ten pages no charge) |
(b) All other media, including but not limited to, digital format, commercially processed photographs, videotapes, audio tapes, maps, blueprints and diagrams shall be billed based upon the actual production cost of obtaining the copies.
(c) In addition to the above stated fees, the requester shall pay all costs associated with delivery of the requested copy or copies.
