1107.20 ENFORCEMENT.
   The formulation, administration, and enforcement of this Ordinance is vested in the following offices and bodies within the Village:
   (a)   Village Council
   (b)   Planning Commission
   (c)   Board of Zoning Appeals
   (d)   Zoning Administrator
