(a) The Fiscal Officer is hereby authorized to agree in the name of the Village of Gibsonburg to be bound by all terms and conditions as the Director of Transportation prescribes.
(b) The Fiscal Officer is hereby authorized to agree in the name of the Village of Gibsonburg to directly pay vendors, under each such contract of the Ohio Department of Transportation in which the Village participates, after approval by Council, for items it receives pursuant to the contract.
(c) The Village agrees to hold the Director of Transportation and the Ohio Department of Transportation harmless for any claim or dispute arising out of participation in the contract pursuant to Ohio R.C. 5513.01(B). (Ord. 3-97. Passed 2-20-97.)
