§ 33.10  GOLF COURSE ADVISORY BOARD.
   (A)   The governing body shall appoint the Golf Course Advisory Board, which shall consist of five members, one of which may be a nonresident of the municipality. The members of the Board shall serve staggered three-year terms and may be reappointed. The Board shall serve without compensation.
   (B)   The Board shall meet no less frequently than quarterly and shall act in an advisory capacity to the governing body.
   (C)   The Board shall offer advice on the operation and maintenance of the golf course and its facilities.
