§ 150.05 FEES.

   The following fees shall be paid before consideration of the application submitted or commencement of the hearing.

   (A)   Application for:

      (1)   Approval of plat (subdivision): $75;

      (2)   Change of zone, rezoning or amendment to zoning map: $25;

      (3)   Building permit: $25;

      (4)   Conditional use permit: $25; and

      (5)   Sign permit: $10.

   (B)   Appeal to Board of Adjustment: $25.
