§ 150.03 BUILDING INSPECTOR; BUILDING PERMITS.
   Any person desiring a building permit to commence or proceed to erect, construct, perform any structural repair or relocate any building or dwelling or cause the same to be done shall file with the governing body an application therefor in writing on a form to be furnished by the Municipal Clerk for that purpose. The application so filed with the governing body shall be checked and examined and, if they are found to be in conformity with the requirements of this chapter and all other ordinances applicable thereto, the governing body shall authorize the Municipal Clerk to issue the said applicant a permit upon the payment of the permit fee set by resolution of the governing body.
