§ 31.041  PERSONS AUTHORIZED TO BE IN FRONT OF CLERK’S TABLE.
   No person, except city officials, their representatives and recognized news representatives, shall be permitted in front of the Municipal Clerk’s table in the Council Chamber without the express consent of the Council.
