§ 93.02  REGULATION.
   The following regulations for park operation are hereby prescribed in order to promote orderly and safe use of the municipal parks and to prevent needless injury and destruction to park property.
   (A)   Public restrooms. Restrooms will be open during special occasions. The manager of organized ball teams will be permitted to open rest rooms during games and will be responsible for locking doors before departing the area. Restrooms will be open 24 hours per day except they may be closed on a seasonable basis as determined by the city. For other occasions, contact the Park Commissioner.
   (B)   Picnic areas. Use of picnic areas and facilities is on a first come, first served basis.
   (C)   Ball fields. Organized regulation games and practices must be cleared through the City Administrator or Municipal Clerk.
   (D)   Tennis courts. The Park Department will operate and maintain tennis courts. Rules will be posted for all participants.
   (E)   Swimming pool. The Park Department, through the authority of the governing body, shall have the power and authority to enact by-laws, rules and regulations for the protection of those using the swimming pool and for the efficient management thereof. They may provide suitable penalties for the violation of such by-laws, rules and regulations.
