§ 31.033 ORDER OF BUSINESS.
   (A)   All meetings of the City Council shall be open to the public.
   (B)   Promptly at the hour set by law on the day of each regular meeting, the members of the Council, the Municipal Clerk, City Attorney and City Administrator or their assistants shall take their regular stations in the Council chambers and the business of the Council shall be taken up for consideration and disposition in the following order:
       (1)   Roll call;
      (2)   Approval of minutes of previous meeting;
      (3)   Claims and payroll;
      (4)   Report of officers, boards and committees;
      (5)   Petitions, remonstrances and communications;
      (6)   Introduction and adoption of resolutions;
      (7)   Introduction of ordinances:
         (a)   First reading:
         (b)   Consideration; amendment; debate; and
         (c)   Second reading and final passage.
      (8)   Unfinished business;
      (9)    New business;
      (10)   Miscellaneous; and
      (11)   Adjournment.
