§ 90.11 LIVESTOCK PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person or entity to keep or maintain within the corporate limits of the city any livestock, including, but not limited to, cattle, horses, mules, donkeys, swine, sheep, goats, llamas, alpacas, ostriches and emus. This restriction shall not apply to commercial establishments killing and processing animals under federal inspection. A person or entity may apply to the City Council for a temporary use permit that shall not exceed a period of one year, but may be renewed, and shall contain such restrictions as the City Council deems appropriate.
