SCHEDULE I. PARKING PROHIBITED.
   (A)   Parking prohibited; generally. It shall be unlawful for the owner or driver of any vehicle to park or to permit any vehicles to stand at any time on all of Court Street, all of Scout Street, or on the north side of River Street west of Center Street.

   (B)   Parking prohibited on Second Street. It shall be unlawful for any person to park any motor vehicle on the north side of Second Street from LaBarre Street to Court Street.
   (C)   Residential parking. It shall be unlawful for a person to park any motor vehicle, camper, trailer, boat or similar objects on front yards or side yards of residential use property, except upon an established driveway connected directly to the street at an approved curb cut or a prepared surface.
      (1)   A front yard is defined as a yard extending from the front lot line adjoining a public street to the front of the building between the side lot lines.
      (2)   A side yard shall be defined as a yard between a building and the side lot line measured horizontally at right angles to the side lot line from the side lot line to the nearest point of the main building.
      (3)   When parked parallel to any adjacent street side of a property, a motor vehicle, trailer, boat, or camper may not be greater in length than 60% of the structure's side which faces the same adjacent street.
      (4)   Prepared surface shall consist of any half-inch or greater aggregate, any solid concrete or solid asphalt surface.
   (D)   Recreational and farm machinery. It shall be unlawful for any person to park recreational, tractors, farm vehicles and vehicles such as boats, boat trailers, camping trailers and the like, on a public street for a period in excess of 24 hours or for any other specific length of time as specified by a sign stating such prohibition.
   (E)   Trucks in residential districts. It shall be unlawful for any person to park a truck, trailer or semitrailer, except a truck, trailer or semitrailer being used for the purpose of delivering or collecting goods, wares, merchandise or materials, on any street adjacent to property classified by the ordinances of the municipality for residence purposes for a period of time longer than is necessary for the expeditious delivery or collection of goods, wares, merchandise or materials, and in no event for a period of time exceeding two hours; provided, however, that the provisions of this section shall not apply to trucks or trailers being used in connection with building repair, service or moving operations, and pickup trucks of one-ton capacity or smaller.
