§ 54.06  ELECTRICAL BILLS.
   Electrical bills shall be due and payable monthly at the office of the Municipal Clerk. Meters shall be read one time each month on or about the seventeenth day of each month. It shall be the duty of customers of the Electrical System to pay their bill in net cash each month by mail or to appear at the office of the Municipal Clerk. The Clerk shall charge and collect from each customer for the amount of electricity used since the last examination, together with any other charges properly itemized, due the electrical system. Bills shall be sent out on or about the first day of the month and shall be due immediately. Bills not paid by the tenth day of the month shall be deemed to be delinquent. Procedures for discontinuance of municipal utility service to domestic subscribers for non-payment of any due account are specified in § 54.02.
